Vorwerk Leaders Summit 2025: Inspiration Meets Circus Art
Curtains up for the Leaders Summit 2025 in Basel: two days during which Vorwerk Switzerland brought together its team leaders to strengthen leadership, exchange and collective growth. Under the motto “Cirque des Meilleures”, we created a format that combined strategic impulses with emotional moments of experience.
The first day offered inspiring keynotes, strategic perspectives and the recognition of the most successful leadership teams. In the evening, the Rhypark transformed into a modern interpretation of a circus arena: a set design defined by clean lines, elegant colour accents and subtle circus references that gave the gala dinner a distinctive visual identity.
On the second day, the motto became tangible. At the Basel Circus School, participants explored workshop formats ranging from balance and coordination to team acrobatics — a playful shift in perspective that strengthened collaboration, courage and trust.
